A new pet collection. A new beach line. More great new everyday solutions in the pipeline. As Microdry’s product selection grows, so too does our team. Every week there’s at least one new face in our halls, so we decided it was time to hold an out-of-office event to help everyone get to know each other. This past Friday, we held a competitive cook-off at The Institute of Culinary Education. We divided up into teams—first course, main course, dessert—and got down to slicing, dicing, braising and baking to see which group could whip up the tastiest dish. Though the Herb Pasta Handkerchiefs were delicious and the Greek Yogurt Panna Cotta was sublime, it was the entrée team that took home the prize for an Herb Crusted Chicken Breast that was perfectly flavored and juicy.
