From Comfort Products to Comfort Food

The teams behind Microdry and sister brand Aquatopia recently took time out from cooking up new products to cooking up a gourmet dinner at the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan. Donning chef's toques and aprons, everyone rolled up their sleeves to slice, dice, simmer, sauté and bake a meal that included crab cakes, filet mignon and tres leches cake. It was a great way for everyone at this fast-growing brand to get to know each other better—and put on a few pounds.
